Missed your delivery?
If you happen to be out when your order is delivered, your courier will leave a delivery card telling you they tried to deliver but no one was home.
This card should contain instructions for you to either collect your order or arrange delivery at a time that suits you.
Please note: If your order is not collected from the courier and is returned to us, you will be charged the additional costs of dispatching the order again.
