North American Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for an exchange or full refund within 365 days of your original delivery.
The only exception is our tailor-made and made-to-measure garments, unless they are faulty, due to the bespoke nature of these items.
Print Your Returns Label
To arrange your return and print your returns label, please use our online returns portal.
Start Your ReturnWe reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges on items which have been worn, are missing their original tags or packaging, or are not in resellable condition.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of receipt of your returned items, using the payment method originally used for the purchase.
Please note: If you are sending your item back to be exchanged or refunded, you will not be reimbursed for the initial postage paid or the postage cost of returning the item to us, unless the item was faulty.
